Do I need an appointment?

Can you give me a price over the phone?
For routine jobs we can often give you a ballpark by phone. For a warning light or a noise, we need to look at the car first so the price is real.
What should I tell you when I call?
The year, make and model, what the car is doing, and when it started. Mention any warning lights too.
Do you work on my kind of car?
Call and ask. If we are not the right shop for your car, we will tell you.
